Sports and athletics have been a passion of mine for my entire life. After retiring from nearly 20 years of competitive hockey, I found a strong desire to serve people in health and fitness. I was blessed to work under some very smart mentors who taught me how to carefully assess people and provide them with what they need. I believe that the human body is incredibly resilient, but also very prone to injury because of how common muscle imbalances are. In 2014, I suffered a terrible shoulder injury months before potentially signing a professional contract. This led me down a path of studying and learning how the body moves and operates. I feel called to serve in Health & Wellness because I want to help people understand how to take care of themselves for longevity and quality of life. Training with me will not be easy, but it will be worth it! I like to educate my clients along the way and give them tools to fill up their toolbox for health & longevity. Life can be hard and pain & suffering are inevitable. We must voluntarily endure some form of suffering every single day. I believe it produces character and many other fruitful benefits. Whether your goal is to live longer, build more muscle, move better, or lose weight, I feel confident I can guide you to where you want to be.

In my free time I enjoy studying God’s Word, training/competing in Ironman, Ultra Marathons, hanging with my friends, and riding my motorcycle.
