Since childhood I have always had a strong connection to exercise and competition. I participated in sports such as swimming, baseball, basketball, football, track & cross country from age six till he graduated high school. It was then that I changed the focus of my workouts from that of a competitive athlete to a lifestyle because I enjoyed the results that were achieved and the overall impact on my health. Finally, at age 29 I started my career in the fitness industry. I enjoy working with all levels of fitness from as young as 12 to as old as 78, changing lives and impacting health. I take on challenges of making better and stronger athletes while training NFL players DeMarcus Ware, Stephen Bowan, Brandon Williams, Robert Brewster, Jay Ratliff and LaMarcus Aldridge of the NBA Portland Trailblazers. I live with my wife Lindsey in Hurst and have four children; Colin, Nick, Marissa and Evelyn. I faithfully believe God has placed me where I can make the most difference in His name by making all the difference in the athletes I train.
