I have a background in physical therapy and worked as a physiologist running cardiopulmonary stress testing. I am a well-rounded trainer that can help with weight loss, muscle gain, sports training and post-rehab. I love helping people reach their goals and one of my strongest assets is that I lead by example.
When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my wife (Kami), daughter (Piper) and my son (Dax). We love the outdoors and spend as much time as possible being active.
I have been training since 1999.
