With Over 20 years of experience as a Fitness Professional, I have helped many get stronger and Healthier. Even after over 40 years in the martial arts and an avid weight lifter, I still love to train and stay in shape which helps to inspire my clients of all ages. I am very proud of my retention of faithful and consistent clients. I added kickboxing training for some of my clients, with my experience and expertise I help people to move better, feel and burn a lot of calories. I have had the benefit of working in another profession they gave me the ability to travel around the world. Being a Personal Trainer is my call and I would not do anything else.
